BRU Coffee Commercial



Bru always used innovative methods of advertising to reach out to its prospective customers which is mainly the youth. This advertisement on Doordarshan features Amrita Rao who most of you now know as the actor who debuted in the movie 'Ishq Vishq' and later went on to act is several Hindi and Telugu movies.

Amrita Rao's most remembered Ad in her advertising career is this Bru Coffee Advertisement in which she plays a role of a girl (Sneha) who is trying desperately to put across to her dad over a freshly prepared cup of Bru Coffee about her boyfriend - Sagar. She really convinces us with her acting skills. Some of you may even relate to her situation in the Ad.

Some of the other advertisements to Amrita's name which are worth mentioning are the Fairever - Fairness Cream commercial and Cadbury Perk.

I'd love to hear from you about your thoughts on this Bru Coffee commercial that used to be aired on Doordarshan a long time ago. Can dad's really understand all that which goes on in a daughters heart, or is Sneha just lucky to have a dad who can understand her?
