    There used to be a film on adult literacy with the lyrics - padhna likhna seekho o mehnat karne walo...the song was written by Safdar Hashmi and it was a popular filler during the afternoon timeband on DD.
    Anyone has that film?

      I too have been looking for it for the past couple of months (pandemic blues perhaps). There are other versions of the song on YouTube, but not the one I remember seeing on DD, which if I recall correctly was sung at a faster tempo, with visuals of construction workers at the start.

      Oh! I am sorry about not pointing you to the correct link. With all of these videos, it sometimes gets very difficult to track some videos down based on the lyrics. Well, about the video - I will keep you updated if I find it. Keep visiting this blog often and thanks for your comment.

      @pranav and Doordarshan first of all its feels touchy that you guys are talking about those awesome memories which can't be replaced by todays modern world.. And yes i was also searching for that ad song. I think it was a ad created by HRD ministry of India under the 'sarv shiksha abhiyan' at the end of this clip they used to say "sab padhe sab badhe".. 😊
